How spoiled we are in the West. Apple release a breakthrough product - a masterclass in minimalist elegance, not just on the outside, but the inside, too. The people find a list of things it doesn't do and then proceed to void the product's warranty in an effort to improve it. When Apple show their intention to enforce the rules, people take them to court, complaining they've been so badly treated by Apple, who offered them such an almost-perfect gadget. Jeez, it's a phone.
